Coaster Suzie Q
Partial revision of a Caterpillar 3606.
This specific engine was built about 20 years ago by Cees Roos in collaboration with Geveke, Malaga in Spain.
At that time this was the first Caterpillar 3606 engine in the navigation branch.
Irrespective of the many years and the 75,000 operating hours the Caterpillar 36060 motor runs extremely well. After all these years the time was come for a detailed inspection and supervision.
The engine was mechanically (new type of cylinder liners and adjustments of the engine block) as well as electrically checked and updated (new wiring and alarm / security system).
Furthermore, all parts were checked and replaced where necessary.
When everything was finished we took into consideration that the engine should run a full service interval again.
